Operation Smile: Iraqi's and American's working together

Shannon Baker and Tom Klusek greet Iraqi family members

Deployed C-17 crewmembers recently participated in Operation Smile. The program is run by an international NGO that provides corrective surgery for congenital birth defects. 110 Iraqi children and 97 parents were flown during the mission from Amman, Jordan to Baghdad, Iraq.

7AS crews Secretary of State movement

Yesterday the 7th provided a crew to move Secretary of State, Dr. Condoleezza Rice, during her recent visit to Iraq. Dr. Rice engaged the crew is a heated football debate and emphasized, much to the dismay of Berkeley grads Jason Garland and Todd Stinchfield, her allegiance to the Stanford Football program. Sorry guys.

Ramstein sings Happy Birthday to a "legend"
